Lately only mistakes happen. Been to the drive in several times and every time something is missing. Totally corrosive. Despite the current situation, you should do your work sensibly. Totally disappointed with the Mc Donald, s. What a shame

You joke, why is there around the clock if you are open after 1 a.m.

Drove past Mc Drive for the second time during Corona times. Despite the long queue, it goes very quickly. Order, pay and collect ... in one go. Staff is friendly. The first time the Mc Fish were almost cold, burger medium. The second time, on January 2nd, 2021, everything was fresh and hot. Conclusion: recommendable

Incredible!!!! unfriendly ,,, until it is no longer possible! The food is thrown and just popped into the bag.

Once again I didn't get a BigMac at the McDrive when I placed my order. Since this has happened so often that something is charged but not packed, I am assuming customer fraud here. I will not enter this shop anymore !!! Thanks for the great menu ?

In the past I always liked to eat there, but the quality and the service have decreased significantly. Today, for example, I already got a medium drink and a medium french fries for the second time, although I ordered both as large and also paid the price for large (!). Unfortunately, I was already home when I found out and wanted to eat. In addition, my Cola consisted almost entirely of water and was as good as transparent. Otherwise it wasn't like that. Even the paper cups are completely soaked after 20 minutes, so that they actually leaked today (I also uploaded a picture for photos). This has never happened to me in any other McDonald’s. You have lost me as a regular customer!

Last shop, unfriendly and unqualified staff, order is simply canceled ... not worth a visit.

Something is forgotten with almost every order at the McDrive. So far it has happened three times that dishes were calculated but did not end up in the bag. Impossible!

Usually very quickly in shops, often overcrowded at the drive-in. The food has always been good so far and nothing has ever been forgotten :)

Mr. Frühauf's MC Donalds branches are the best in the Bergisch region. The management (Mr. Frühauf) has a great team at all locations. It sometimes took longer to place an order and the staff apologized many times.

Were in at the drive late yesterday evening and wanted three (different) coupons. The lady at the counter was more than unfriendly and rolled her eyes when I told her that I actually didn't want the same happy meal twice. Well then I had the same thing twice. Then I wanted to continue with the next coupon and then all of a sudden there was only one coupon per car! Say I should drive around and get in line again. So much for the topic of environmentally friendly! So the lady has definitely earned 0 stars for her friendliness. The one star is only because the food was strangely enough for all 3 orders.
